A summary of my summer playlist, which in fact gets longer as the summer days flow by. Not that I mind really. Nothing feels better than listening to music and discovering fresh and underrated artists.
Left to right, top to bottom:
1. "i want! i want!" by Walk The Moon
2. "His + Hers" by The Hawk In Paris
3. "Leagues EP" by Leagues
4. "Baby" by Tribes
5. "Moving Closer" and "Davenport" by Never The Strangers
6. "Open EP" by Rhye
7. "Cold Coffee" by Ed Sheeran
8. "Keep It Low" by The Hundred in the Hands
9. "Heart In Your Heartbreak" by The Pains Of Being Pure At Heart
10. "A Different Kind Of Fix" by Bombay Bicycle Club
11. "This Sweet Love" by James Yuill
12. "Broken Bottles" by Silversun Pickups
For the record, I believe that Bombay Bicycle Club's album A Different Kind Of Fix should be part of every summer playlist for this summer and all summers yet to come. The Pains Of Being Pure At Heart should probably be with them too. Or is it just me? :))
Another band/artist (you can't be sure anymore, with the names they choose and all) that I just have to include now is Vacationer. I am currently listening to their songs Great Love and Be With You and I promise you, they're gold.
Just another music-and-movies kind of summer for me.
Labels: Bombay Bicycle Club, Ed Sheeran, Leagues, music, Never The Strangers, playlist, Silversun Pickups, summer, The Hawk In Paris, The Pains Of Being Pure At Heart, Tribes, Vacationer, Walk the Moon
